Hello, I'm Charlotte,
I am originally from the UK where I started my lifelong career in health care. Always curious about biology, nutrition, healing, faith, weight management, growing food and people's well-being, my professional and personal life continues to explore all things more life giving!

During my 20 years of experience in the health care world I have had the joy to be in varied roles. Nurse Assistant, Registered Nurse, Home Visitor, Lactation Counselor, Pregnancy Center Ultrasound Tech, Child Safety Tech, Nurse Manager and now Functional Nutritional Counselor.

In my personal life I have traveled and transitioned through many difficult and wonderful processes and now in my 40's I am happier and more fulfilled than ever. This is majorly contributed to my intense and enduring faith in Jesus and His incredible love. Also in the process of the last few years I have found that a whole foods plant based/Vegan lifestyle has served my body beautifully.
